  November 18, 2016 - Popped and poured, very nutty nose, almost like shaved nuts. Light golden color, mature with slight oxidative notes. Mature yet lively with fine bubbles, the nutty nose is mesmerizing, only slight downside is that the wine started to drop after 3 hours, only becoz I saved a few sips til the end, wonderful champagne.
