  November 20, 2016 - Served at 61F not aerated or decanted.
  
  The nose was bright strawberry and cherry.
  
  The palette was pleasantly muted as compared to the George's Deboeuf (non villages). Fruity, creamy even and some nice small bit of tannic complexity on the finish. A hint of spice, perhaps anise and a few layers.
  
  Very nice Beaujolais Nouveau for 2016.
