  November 26, 2016 - Rousseau Chambertin dinner. Wine of the night for me. Very pure, ethereal and elegant. Sweet with palate richness. Great rose petal notes across aroma and palate. From Greg.

  11/27/16, 6:53 AM - This wine has been a star since the late 90s. Sadly I left with one bottle! The '90 Beze is no match for this. I am still hoping somehow '96 Beze would match this but highly unlikely.

  11/27/16, 7:10 AM - We popped the 1996 Beze as well last night and our bottle was a touch green. Still terrific, but not at the level of 1993, which was a wow wow wow wine.
