  January 31, 2008 - Great Kabinett. Closer to a "true" Kabinett than other 06s I've tried, still has a great deal of body and weight, flowers and pungent herbs, all held in place by a great slatiness and ripe acidity. Had with Monsoon's lemongrass chicken... great match.
