  December 11, 2016 - PnP and really expressive from Zalto Burgundy glass. A chimney of aromas.
  
  Ripe lime, pickled ginger, iron, Yellow flowers and oat buscuits. Great bite in the mouth with citrus peel, gun powder and graphite. Broad shoulder but with focus.
  
  Its tastes really good at room temperature. This must be entering maturity as everything is really on and very complex.
  
  Lovely champagne that will drink well for numourous years but a pleasure now.
