  December 14, 2016 - This was a surprisingly delicious and well structured treat. Taurasi has some ass; which is why I like it. Full bodied. This has aged well, very drinkable. Soft tannins, but still there. Good dark berry flavor. Complimented a meat sauce perfectly. Not enough people realize how good this varietal truly is, and I am glad because the QPR is amazing.

  2/22/17, 2:08 PM - My second bottle is a different experience. Lending credence to the mantra, no good wines, only good bottles. This is dusty, flat...totally different. I will have to open another to compare. This has only decanted for an hour...but seems like its dying already, and past its prime. Bummer.
