  December 18, 2016 - On night 1, this was disjointed. (Admittedly, I popped and poured, which I knew would not be optimal, but it was late and I wanted to try it.) Corked it and drank the rest on night 2. It's delicious, with room to grow.
  
  Give it some serious air time or hold on to it. Glad I've got a stash of these.
