  December 18, 2016 - Really enjoyed this somewhat subtle Bordeaux. Nose is pencil shavings and blackberries, with a hint of the smooth velvet to come. Palate has some notes of forest floor, with dried fruit and a slightly bitter finish, but not enough to ruin the experience. Tannins are soft and nicely structured. Probably has some life in it still, but it's drinking very well now.
