    As I remember it it was very oxidized and flat lacking fruit.
    However, the guy offering the wine thought it was ok!!
    I am not a nature wine lover as you can guess

    3/8/17, 3:27 AM - If it was flat, I can at least tell you this: When stored cold, the yeast dies down but can be revitalised by storing it in room temperature for a few days. The yeast will produce new CO2 and give the wine its sparkle back. Then if you cool it down again for serving, you'll have a pretty amazing drink. But it's still gonna be mega funky.
