  December 26, 2016 - We may have waited too long for this one. 10 years - the wine was thin and the fruit was minimal. Not that I expect a lot of fruit from a Cab. Upon opening, the wine had good structure and i would describe as chewy. It smoothed out within an hour, lacking complexity. Flavors of bitter chocolate along with a little dark/dry fruit. Was still good with a grilled steak and dark chocolates afterwards.
