December 28, 2016 - Had at 315 in Santa Fe for my 53rd Birthday. Recommended by owner and Chef Louis. Decanted and served with Chicken Corrdon Blu and Cassoulet. Absolutely love the nose. Dark red for a Barolo. Classic Rose petals, wet granite and a hint of anise on the nose. Balanced with ripe soft tannins. Red raspberry with a little vanilla on the palate. Fantastic dining experience in all.
