  December 29, 2016 - Seasonal winter brew showing a dark caramel amber color with a dense cream head that reduces quick leaving a film on the glass. It shows little carbonation making the beer feel flat but it helps retain the flavours on the palate showing malted barley and chocolate notes with a finish of toffee and brown molasses that feels light but has a good attenuation on the end. Well made beer that offers interesting traits but lacks some elements to the more noteworthy examples in the style.
