  January 5, 2017 - Cooked fruit. Raisins and prunes, in a tired matured stat. While acidity was OK, it was still suffering from high alcohol, and the fruit profile felt off. Don't know if an odd phase, but have no hopes this will evolve into something nice. Should have drunk young and enjowed it with fresher fruit.
