  February 7, 2008 - Decanted for 30 minutes prior to drinking and it could have used significantly longer time. Suggest 2-3 hours of decanting time so that the cherry, currant, spice, and oak will integrate better, and also so that the finish lasts longer (which it did, quite nicely, on the last glass of the evening). With proper decanting time this is ready to drink now, though I believe cellar time will allow it to improve even more. Overall this was a very nice Cab and at $37 or so, a good QPR in my opinion.
