  January 6, 2017 - Straw color, medium legs and no sediment or inclusions. On the nose, very subtle, stone fruit and yeast like a morning stroll past a bakery. Very plush mouthfeel, again stonefruit dominate with ripe peaches out front and a lingering finish which dwindles to a tart sensation at the tip of your tongue to leave you wanting more. Very well rounded and easy to drink with subtle complexity.Impressive finish, I'm going back to put 3 more in my cellar for '18-'19'-20'
