  January 8, 2017 - Pnp, nose reticent at first, slowly opening to some dust, sour cherry and some herbs. More time yields some fig and leather. Nice cut, not flabby like some 07's can be. Short finish. Might evolve from here, 2 more years max for me. Overall unremarkable.
