January 10, 2017 - I have been aware of Ridge for many years (30?) but it was always outside of my price range. In the last year or so I have started buying the bottles when I find it on sale. Have had five or six and every one of them has been totally drinkable. The Zin blends seem to smooth out the big tannins that some Zins have. I think Ridge goes to the top of my list.

This is a great wine to break out on a special occasion and these Lytton Springs will age great for many years.
