That said, this was nice, and did have a few moments of fun, but it was also pretty unmemorable. I may age my last one as an experiment; I want to believe, but this bottle left me wanting.
  
  Aerated to decanter 4 hours, returned to (clean) bottle and served at cellar temp. A pretty tight range of foods/dishes, the wine not showing a lot of breadth.
