  January 14, 2017 - Juicy, deep plum, dark cherry with blueberry acid undertones. Wet pipe tobacco at first, moving to cigar level (slightly smoky). Raspberry jam. Velvety finish. Sweeter than expected but not it a bad way.
  Good structure throughout. Surprisingly well rounded.
  
  Had half the bottle then set it aside (pump sealed). Had it two days later and was just as good. Wife only had it on the last day and loved it.
