  January 17, 2017 - Ruby with a garnet rim. Red currants and varietal tomatoes and olives very present on the initial aromas. Less fruit than to be expected in such a young Xin but still a pleasure. The nose is reflected on the palate. Medium minus body with developed tannins and medium plus acidity. Slight rustic feel but still enjoyable.
