  January 21, 2017 - Served at 60F, allowed to breathe for an hour but still felt tight
  
  Nice aromas of red fruit and baking spices. Very nice complexity as flavors transition. Red fruits and Cherries on the palette. Nice tobacco and baking spices and a pleasant tartness. Also some green vegetables. Nice big mouthfeel. I think this wine needs a few more hours right now and a few more years to maximize potential.
