  January 23, 2017 - Clear garnet. Shy nose, some darkish cherry, cranberry, bit of violet. Palate is dark cherry, sour cranberry, touch of oak, leading to a dry fairly tannic finish with spicy notes. Mouthfeel is pretty silky, almost (but not quite) to the point of being thin, until you hit that tannin on the back end. This feels like it might go somewhere, but is super tight and a long way from getting there. Has potential upside for sure but need to see more from it in the future.
