February 1, 2017 - Developed nose with some dried fruit, figs, prunes, dried apples but also fresh blackcurrant, blackberries and cherries. There is some smoky oakyness, a bit of rubber and perfume. Dry on the palate with distinct, but rather plesant tannins. There is still plenty of fruitiness, and it feels like the wine is in a good stage right now. No point in keeping, drink up.
