  February 9, 2017 - This needs air time to open up. Initially very acidic and one dimensional. But it grew on me over time. Definitely Burgundian - significant brett, earthy, noticeable tannins. But a little darker and heavier on raspberry/bramble than most burgs. While it's a bit hot and oaky, the texture is nice and the finish is fairly long.
