  February 16, 2008 - Decanted for 5 hours
  Aroma- menthol, cigar box, forest floor.
  Taste- very acidic, menthol, forest floor, cigar box, grippy/astringent tannins, not much fruit. Needs a lot more time, but lack of fruit is disappointing.
