  February 20, 2017 - medium purple, slight pink bricking, medium viscosity; aromas of plum, leather, slight oxidative notes; plum/blueberry/black cherry fruit, cedar, cocoa, nice acid; initially plush mouthfeel becomes a bit more grippy as it fades to reveal modest tannins; nice long finish, wearing its 14% alcohol well, and holding together pretty well for its age. enjoyable even if somewhat post-peak, drink now.
