It tastes like a Kabinett or a slightly sweet non-Pradikat wine. Will it be better with age? I don't know...but I doubt it. Personally I am not buying more of this.

  2/22/17, 9:42 PM - So you were patient and cellared it for full 11 days? :) drinking window suggests until 2028, so you very likely simply drank it way too young.
