  February 22, 2017 - Nicely done, with typical South African gaminess in the nose and mouth, showcasing cassis and boysenberry, smoke, leather, and a touch of tobacco.
  
  Really nice with some protein (we had it with ribs, but I'd happily serve this with steak or lamb).
