  November 16, 2016 - Blindverkostung mit Freunden. #13 Wunderbar einladendes Bouquet, das an Champignons, Minze, überreife Aprikose, Pfirsich, Quitte, grünem Tee, Orangengelee, Karamell und einen ganzen Blütenmeer erinnert. Nach zunehmender Belüftung dann auch etwas grünliche Noten. Am Gaumen entdecke ich feine Noten von Honigmelone, süßlicher Würze, Ananas, Pfirsich und etwas Melisse. Etwas paradoxer Wein, mit herrlicher Nase, üppiger Eleganz am Gaumen, der mit einem sehr langen Abgang endet. Es fehlt etwas an Säurefrische. Jetzt trinken.
  
  Blind tasting with friends. #13 Wonderfully enticing bouquet with notes of champignons, mint, overripe apricots, peaches, quince, green tea, orange jelly, caramel and an entire bouquet of flowers. I also noticed some hints of greenish notes after some additional aeration. On the palate there were subtle flavors of honeydew melon, sweetish spices, pineapple, peach and some balm. A somewhat paradoxic wine, but with an extraordinary bouquet, ample elegance on the palate and a very long-lasting finish. Is drinking well right now.
