  November 16, 2016 - Blindverkostung mit Freunden. #14 Eine wunderschöne Farbe im Glas. In der Nase Aromen von Steinobst, Mirabelle, Dörrobst, etwas cremig-laktisches und medizinalen Anklängen. Im Mund dann präsente Tannine, eine sehr elegante Süße, die keineswegs pappig wirkt, mit frischer, Balance gebender Säure und mittlerem Körper. Am Gaumen erinnert mich der Wein an nussige Aromen, Röstaromen, Crème Brûlée und karamelisierten Brinen. Sehr langer Nachhall.

The bouquet consists of stone fruits, yellow plums, dried fruit, as well as a creamy and lactic component and a medicinal note. The palate is medium-bodied, with notable tannins, an elegant sweetness that does not appear sticky at all and vivid acidity that adds to the wine’s balance. Roasting flavors, nutty notes and crème brûlée along with caramelized pears on the palate. Rather long aftertaste.
