February 22, 2017 - This has knit together pretty well and is drinking at peak. Nice nose of plum, black cherry, bell pepper, and pie cherry. On the palate, plum, currant, pie cherry, with hints of mocha and tobacco. A little soft on the finish but still nicely balanced. Drink over the short term.
