  March 5, 2017 - Pretty much in-line with others' assessments of this wine. I prefer the Bin 707 from the '04 vintage; but as I was doing a P&P at a local restaurant (La Fontana, Seattle- a favorite of mine for over two decades now), I had a limited decanting time- though after about an hour, it opened nicely. Well-structured, strong; but not acidic on the palate at all; medium-length finish with mild hints of the Terroir.
  
  Overall, I enjoyed this wine tremendously with my tortellini Gorgonzola & Caprese. In my estimation, it is at its best right about now; but it will age another five to seven years, if I had to guess. The Bin 707s should age through the 2030s.
