Community Tasting Note

March 22, 2017 - Tasted 30 minutes after opening. No decant. Rich nose. Cherry, mocha, spice and oak. Velvety smooth texture. Tart, tannic finish with a touch of sweetness. Still tastes young. Very good but more patience would no doubt have been rewarded.

Did not change my score but it is a point or two higher an hour and a half later accompanying a grilled NY Strip.
