  April 1, 2017 - 375ml. Decanted for an initial 3 hrs but needed another 3 hrs to fully open, so I would recommend a minimum of 5 hrs of air if drinking at this stage.
  
  A lot of structure and power packed in this. This wine had a big dark nose of currant, cigar smoke and dense foliage, and lots of dark fruit and liquorice on the palate. Rather modern in character.
  
  Probably requires 8-10 more years of cellar time before hitting peak, and easily 20-30 years of life ahead.
