April 7, 2017 - Decanted one hour. Great nose of violets, olive, anise, blueberry, and blackberry. On the palate, rich with blue and black berries with anise and spice. Well balanced finish. Lush mouthfeel, at peak. Great pairing with lamb. Drink or hold, no rush.
