  April 8, 2017 - Still showing an advanced flavor profile, but a bit better than my last bottle. This one had some "pop" when opened and showed more effervescence. Dark yellow, but not as dark as my last bottle. Dried apples, pears and a hint of quince. No sherry notes here, unlike my last bottle. Nice wine, but I doubt it will be getting any better. Drink up.
