Lifted acidity balances out sweet flavors of dried fruit (apricot, peach) and tertiary aromas and flavors from 20 years aging further band the flavors together. Perception of sweetness with rich flavors of summer honey and toasted nuts , (dry almond, toasted pecan). Raisin character more a suggestion than a key force. Can pair with caramelized scallops for just one quick idea.

  Where (outside of the nose) did you objectively percieve any kind of sweetness?
