  May 8, 2017 - Light ruby. Quiet nose of cool fruit and earth. Palate of Gevrey blood and dark fruit and sturdy tannin that can age. Opens up slowly and lengthens to a depth that is faithful to its villages level. Would buy again since well made Gevrey is hard to find at LCBO.
