  May 9, 2017 - Wow. Close your eyes and smell, and you could swear it was a riesling with a little bit of age from the slight notes of petrol. Tasted blind, you could also swear it was a 1er cru white burgundy.
  
  Nose full of green apple core, minerals, lemon pith, pear, ripe white nectarine, tarragon? and white flowers.
  
  Palate is like a mouth full of crush stones and green apples with a long finish. Extremely focused and clean.
