  May 11, 2017 - Well, the last one was brown and oxidized, victim of premox I guess... this bottle? Nearly perfect in every respect... how to describe this? Beautiful nose of citrus, gooseberries, marmalade... a certain minerality, an almost lollipop character, beautiful acidity, great viscosity, ultralong finish... definitely more temperate than tropical... absolutely complete.
