  May 15, 2017 - My last bottle, taken to Hammer & Tongs. Reasonable amount of (very fine) sediment so would not recommend taking too far before opening.
  
  Bricking around the rim, very typical Chateauneuf nose, of provencal herbs, lavender, and a little dark fruit. Silky smooth in the mouth and medium plus length. Completely assimilated tannins. Very enjoyable bottle of wine.
  
  Don't think this is going to get any better - went wonderfully well with a great steak.
