  June 20, 2017 - Good mousse, toasty, dried apples. Pretty good length. This is not especially complex but well crafted and has some citrus notes that add to the dried apple. A tasty nutty note appears with some air. Quite a good value. Enough body to make it a versatile food Champagne. I just bought a few more for the summer.
