  June 27, 2017 - pale straw appearance, aromas of honeysuckle, green apple, v slight petrol; flavors of pear, limeade. a little minerality, but not quite enough acid to balance the sweetness, hence a bit on the flabby side. enjoyable on a warm summer evening, but not more than that. sweetness would be a good match for spicy food.
