  June 30, 2017 - Dinner with Edson (Maybeck): Disgorged 2014. Rich, oxidative nose, ripe Apple; medium mousse, elegant texture throughout, rich and slightly oxidative, bruised apple; medium-long finish. Lovely and classic Selosse. I still like the Initiale better, but this is a very nice wine. I think it just edged out the Ulysse Collin Pierrieres tonight, but for the price I might still prefer that. 93
