  June 22, 2017 - 10 years old and wonderful! Pale gold in color. Tiny bubbles.
  
  The apple is very smooth yet crisp and the toasty bread flavors are coming out.
  
  Totally enjoyed this, caused us to pause after the first sip to say, wow, this is good...and said it serval more times before the bottle was done.
