  July 3, 2017 - Cork was 25% saturated. Inviting bouquet after decant of 1 hour but tasting kind of flat. At hour 2, tasting better but only marginally so. Very nondescript over the palate but the finish is nice and long. Smooth mouth feel and just slightly dry on the tongue. Mixed review for us here. As it is at the outer edge of the recommended drinking window, I don't see how holding it will improve it any. Drink up.
