  July 5, 2017 - Still young. Best on day 3. I love the perfume of violets, roses, lavender spice, wet stones and minerals. Dark cherry and cinnamon also, and that citrus note I noticed a few years ago. Palate is a mostly minerality at this point, but harsh tannins have softened. Wait 3 more years.
