  July 8, 2017 - Dark garnet. Soft nose of wild forest dark cherry and palate of black and red berries and velvet tannins that stay through the long finish. What first offers a Bourgogne is followed by a steady mineral stream of sweet top notes with savoury sour bottom notes sandwiching that tea like tannin finish and a smoky end. Is it Chambolle? Maybe a more masculine side of it.
