  July 11, 2017 - give it 30 minutes and you will have a near perfect bottle of wine. even my tequila loving wife drank mine and said wow this is good. smooth and sensational is all I can say. sadly I have only 1 more but these folks know their stuff. saxum equal or perhaps a bit better. loved it
