July 23, 2017 - Still very vibrant and youthfull, garnet wine with loads of cherry and red currants, completed by oak and italian herbs, and some licorice in its finish. Has some years of cellaraging left. Needs to be balanced by a (tomato based) pasta/pizza dish.
